Ambroxol is a metabolite of bromhexine and is used similarly as a mucolytic by diluting sticky secretion of cough and other related respiratory illness making phlegm easier to be taken out through expectoration.

Indication:
Acute & chronic disease of respiratory tract with thickened mucous cause by bronchitis and asthma, post-op-treatment and in intensive care to avoid pulmonary complication.
How to take:
Adults & children over 10 yrs.: 1 tab, 3 times daily. Children 5 - 10 yrs.: ?tab, 3 times daily. Long-term treatment : reduce dose to twice daily. Please see label. For more detailed information please consult specialist. Do not take more of Ambroxol Hcl than it is indicated at the label without consulting your doctor.
